TERMS OF SALE
#1.) Prices: All prices are subject to change without notice.
#2.) Currency: All prices listed are in US Dollars.
#3.) Payment: All forms of payment are payable in US Dollars. All orders are subject to credit card approval.
#4.) Inventory: Subject to availability.
#5.) Shipping: Products are shipped from a variety of locations based on the location being shipped to. Freight costs are prepaid and added to the order as shipping and handling charges. - Items in stock shipped within 3 to 10 business days on average. All out of stock items will be shipped based on our response quotation within 1 to 2 weeks, which may require a 6 to 8 weeks lead time plus shipping time. We normally ship ground UPS, but reserve the right to ship small orders, (generally 1-6 lbs.), via USPS Priority Mail. All shipments must be sent to street addresses, not P.O. Boxes.
#6.) *Limited Availability* or Limited Edition items may require an additional 6 to 8 weeks of lead time to process the order. These items are made in small amounts and if the demand exceeds availability then this lead time would be in effect. You will be notified if an item will require this lead time within 1 to 2 weeks of purchase.
#7.) Damage Claims: Please inspect all shipments promptly and make any damage claims to GeekGiftshop.net for any UPS shipments. GeekGiftshop.net will assist in the process of collections.
#8.) Shortages: Claims for shortages or errors must be made in writing within 15 days from date of purchase.
#9.) Returns: Our return policy is only for defective units or damages during shipping. Claims must be made within 30 days of receiving the product. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable except for manufacturer defects. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We suggest you obtain a tracking number for your return shipment. All returns must be received by GeekGiftshop.net within 30 days of RMA No. issued.
#10.) Returning a Purchase: Returns must be approved and assigned a return of merchandise authorization number (RMA) by emailing us at info@geekgiftshop.net. All unauthorized return shipments will be refused. Your refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the product in our warehouse. Please allow 10 -15 days for your return to be credited or exchange made. You will be notified on where to ship the product to upon receiving your RMA. |
